"I was in a bind to get car insurance as soon as possible. It was amazing to be able to talk to someone on the phone and have them explain in detail what I was getting and what I was paying for. "I moved From Soddy Daisy, Tennessee back to Leclaire, Iowa. We sold a lake home on an acreage and are buying a home on the river. We had a last hurrah with all of our adult children and seven grandchildren that ended one week before our move date. My husband had his hip replaced three weeks ago today. Needless to say, I was a bit frazzled and was averaging over 25,000 steps a day for the last five weeks. I have been a State Farm customers since 1972. I was blessed to be connected to the most competent, friendly Account manager. I didn’t call to transfer any of my insurances or start insurance until the day of my closing and Richard Dinh put together quotes and I obtained coverage for my home, auto, pontoon boat, and wave runner. It is my first encounter with anyone since I moved back to the Quad cities after being gone for 14 years. I can happily report that he made me feel welcome and much less stressed about moving back! I absolutely can’t say enough positive attributes about this young man! Thanks, Richard!!!"
